    troy@rbbc.org

Troy was born in Texas but moved to Niceville in 1987 at the age of 14. He graduated from Cedarville University in 1995 and later earned his Master of Arts from Columbia Biblical Seminary and his Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He completed his Doctor of Ministry from SBTS in 2023. The Lord called Troy full-circle back to Niceville, where he began serving as senior pastor at Rocky in 2016. His life verse is Psalm 37:4: “Delight yourself in the LORD, and He will give you the desires of your heart.”

  • Robbie Gray

ASSOCIATE PASTOR OF DISCIPLESHIP & ADMINISTRATION

    robbie@rbbc.org

Robbie was born and raised in Kentucky and came to know the Lord through the Baptist Campus Ministry at Western Kentucky University. Robbie was pursuing a teaching degree, but shortly after His conversion to following Jesus, he felt called to full-time ministry. After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership, Robbie earned a Master of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in order to better prepare for ministry. While at SBTS, Robbie met his lovely wife, Erica; they were married in 2017. They ministered to a church in South Florida for nearly four years before recently moving to Niceville, which brought Erica full-circle since she grew up in this church. Robbie and Erica are parents to Peter, whom they adopted in 2021, and Levi, whom they adopted in 2025, both from India. Robbie is passionate about teaching the Bible and equipping others to follow Jesus more closely. Robbie enjoys movies, reading good books, watching Kentucky basketball and football, and spending time with Erica, Pete, and Levi.

  • Jonah Williams

    MINISTER OF STUDENTS &

    YOUNG ADULTS

    jonah@rbbc.org

Jonah was born and raised in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, and came to know the Lord through the consistent guidance of the church he grew up in. He later came to understand the fullness of the gospel during his time at Liberty University, where the Lord began to sanctify his life and shape him for pastoral ministry. Jonah began as a medical student at Liberty and played as a kicker for the LU Football team for a short time. By his junior year, after finishing his Bachelor of Exercise Science, Jonah’s path shifted toward further education at seminary, driven by a deep desire to preach God’s word. He married his high school sweetheart, Jordan, in 2021, and they began their ministry journey at Columbia International University in Columbia, South Carolina. Jonah finished his Master of Divinity in Bible Exposition in April 2026 and joined RBBC to serve as the Minister of Students & Young Adults. Jonah and Jordan are parents to their two boys, Callahan and Paladin. Their heart is to bring the gospel to the students and young adults at Rocky and to be a Christ-centered host to students in a day and age that tries to lead them astray. Jonah and Jordan love Formula 1 racing and soccer, as well as anything else outdoors. Jonah also loves spending time at home with his family and watching movies. Jonah’s life verse is Psalm 27:4: “I have asked one thing from the LORD; it is what I desire: to dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, gazing on the beauty of the LORD and seeking him in his temple.”
